Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including your profile and cloud learning progress, will be erased and cannot be recovered.
📱 Method 1: Inside the App

The fastest way — delete your account instantly from within the app:
- Open the Sungy app on your device.
- From the home screen, tap the lock icon (🔒) to open Parent Mode and solve the simple math question.
- Scroll down to the "Parent Account" section and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm your action.
- Your account and all cloud data will be permanently deleted immediately.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Please cancel renewal via App Store or Google Play first if you no longer wish to be charged.
✉️ Method 2: Web Request (Via Email)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account:
- Send an email to: beanngo1990@gmail.com
- Important: You must send the email from the exact Google or Apple email address associated with your Sungy account.
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request – Sungy
🕐 Please allow up to 7–14 business days to process manual email requests. Once processed, all your personal data and cloud learning progress will be permanently erased.
